Every job that comes into Kitchen Concepts has a name attached to it. The name of the customer. And because we’re a small, family-sized business, we’ll all know your name. That way, nothing gets lost in translation, and you get to speak to someone who cares about the progress of your new kitchen. And what’s super cool is that we’ve got an open plan office, so the boss sits in the same space as the designers and the office manager. So nothing gets lost.
Everyone counts
“Every person in our business has a part to play in creating our customers’ kitchens,” says Glen Kelman, Managing Director of Kitchen Concepts. “Our business has grown so much in the last five to six years, and I believe that’s mainly due to the fact that every customer gets a personalised journey with us. They love the process and the finished product and feel right at home in their new kitchen. And because we take care of the whole process – from design to manufacture to install – it’s a simple way to create your new kitchen.”
Before and after
Shayden and Georgia from Mooch Style have recently completed their kitchen renovation with Kitchen Concepts. The DIY influencer couple, based in Christchurch, have worked with us from initial consultation to total make-over. The couple wanted a better layout and more storage space, so we worked in with them to achieve their goal. Shayden and Georgia did the demolition of their existing kitchen, and we worked with them and our suppliers to reconfigure and recreate the kitchen. That meant windows were removed, and doors were put in.
